| | | Fungi ID help required Hope someone can help out with these. They started appearing about a week ago on my front lawn and now I've got about 10 large clusters and more appearing all the time. Of the attached images the last one gives the truest indication of the their colour. The one of the cluster has come out a bit too pale.
Thanks in advance |

Or maybe you recently moved in and this is the reason the previous owner moved out.
To prevent it spreading you will have to dig deep and find the buried old wood or roots the clumps are attached to and burn them or chuck them in your enemy's garden - if he doesn't live too close.

Thanks in advance | Definitely Honey Fungus. A lot of this about at the moment, does it ever have a bad season?

Neil. | Thanks all. We had a tree cut down about 18 months ago so I guess its the rotten roots that's its attached to. I actually think they look quite attractive and I'd be happy to leave them. Don't think the Missus agrees though | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
