It seems quite distinctive, but I'm not sure if they are just young mushrooms. I can't find anything similar, but the covering over the gills seems to match the Cortinarius sp, but that is just a guess.

Neil.  | I would agree with that as opposed to A. mellea. By the way in the checklist this is still called A. gallica not A. lutea.
