After the idea it was probably a Volvariella of some kind i hopped onto Roger Mushrooms and i found this.... Volvariella speciosa. It looks the same only difference being my mushroom was growing in wood mulch rather then straw
Actually according to California Fungi it also like chip beds and is especially common in landscaped areas - just like the kind where i found this baby..... obviously its "gloiocephala" which apparently is just the same (different cap colour)
