| | | [ID Fungi] Yorkshire Sculpture Park - Oct A breezy visit to Yorkshire Sculpture Park on Friday (cleared the cobwebs at least)
Quite a few emerging bodies (of fungi that is)
Quick confirmation please:
Seems obvious, but Fly agaric Amanita muscaria?
That and it was good for progression shots:
Penny bun? - either way the rodents beat me to it (not that I was going to take it )
Thanks
Des

| | | Re: [ID Fungi] Yorkshire Sculpture Park - Oct Yes with the Fly agarics, but No with the 'Cep' - more likely to be something like Boletus luridiformis, but Andy or Mal (or forayers coming home early from Clumber !) may put you right.

Mal | I would go along with B. luridiformis for this one Mal. Have looked at the other Bolete I can't see it being anything else much but the same. Will take another look.

Cheers,
John | It was a tad windy for spiders oxycera, sadly I was with company and couldn't go rooting around as usual (I got moaned at for taking shots of the fungus as it was!)
