Unfortunately, to make things even harder, I didn't upturn any for the underneath views.

All taken recently in a local mixed (but predominantly beech) woodland.

Apologies for quality of pics - all hand held - I'm trying to get a tripod sorted out this week.

Hi Mike,

To fill in the gaps 3 & 4 are Kuehneromyces mutabilis - Sheathed Woodtuft as suggested by Neil.
