| | | Re: Russula emetica? The Sickener... Hi. I think it must be Russula rosea. Michael Jordan came over to help me with some surveying of Fungi in our area... and I forgot that we found them on the lawn during his visit...The Scots Pines have turned out to be a red herring!
It doesn't smell much and there is no staining.

Just one question, how can the Pine trees be a red herring if there are no other trees in sight? Russula rosea does not grow in association with Pine, sorry but that is a fact.
