The cap of your specimen in the pic looks as if it has silky hairs, could this be a small Volvariella.

I did wonder, but phillips has V.pusilla as tinged yellow at centre and this
is pure white, (the gills are white but i realise they could turn pink) hopefully
it will drop some spores for a better idea.

Looks too pale for Volvariella murinella- even in adolescence, V. murinella is a steel grey. |

To save you googling all 3, just go to Volvariella hypopithys, I reckon that's what you may have.
