Unidentified fungi

Sorry about the slightly out of focus shots. I don't know anything at all about fungi (except thanks to you lot I now recognise Chicken of the Woods!), but I saw these today and was rather surprised by their colouring.

What are they, please? If it's any help, the underside of the cap (if that's the correct term) showed the pale gills (if that's the correct term) of a typical mushroom.

I've now looked at some other photos of Verdigris Agaric in the Gallery, and read about it on other sites. I see that it's quite common, but the colour is quite striking and I was surprised I'd never seen it before.
