Is this a Parasol mushroom? If so I was going to eat it, meant to be tasty!
Could be a shaggy parasol, but I've cut it and it doesn't go orange. It also has a hollow stem, my book doesn't say if the shaggy P has a hollow stem or not, but it says the Parasol mushroom does.

Could be but I wouldn't go eating any wild mushrooms that you can't confidently ID for yourself. |

One of the identifying features you should look for if you picked the specimen before the rabbits got to it is the stipe(stalk) for the parasol it should have a snakeskin like appearance for the shaggy parasol it should be smooth.
