Im thinking Possible Giant polypore or Hen of the woods..

Help with a postive ID would be appreciate..

Nick ID'd this one as Meripulus giganteus. Giant polypore, I think.

P.S. Ahh - did you smell it - one smells pleasant - the other (hen) smells unpleasant, like mice?

Lol sorry havent sniffed a mouse in a while..I brought a small piece back home...It has a pleasant sweet smell..can i say peachy...
