It seems that people from Thailand picking/eating the Death Cap has happened recently in Europe more than once. From the beginning of Sept, 2008, Sweden:

The Death Cap should be sought in every part of North America where Norway spruce or cork trees have been cultivated. If found, its presence should be publicized locally, regionally, and nationally to reduce the risk of further tragedies. It is especially vital to educate communities of Southeast Asian immigrants about this lethal mushroom.

I really do think that this should be done here. I also like the Aussie warning sign in this article:

Although I guess that if we did this in the UK there would be signs like this all over the place, but maybe a few in popular mushroom picking spots could be useful.
