| | | Re: Fungus of the day! My find comes from a coniferous plantation forest on the Isle of Skye. The fungus was growing on dead wood (a spruce, I think) and the caps were about 7cm across. I was shown a similar fungus the previous weekend at Glenmore and told it is Angel Wings (Pleurocybella porrigens). Does that sound correct? |
