I'm surrounded by Heathland so probably have come across this numerous times but dismissing it as an impossible Galerina sp.
Your specimen has quite a domed cap and although being a bit pale, I would say it is probably a small difficult Galerina

the book says this is the ideal habitat for hypholoma elongatum   | It could be I suppose, but the stipe in elongatum is exactly what the specific epithet describes it as ie elongated !! (usually markedly).
There are several similar species in this group in Hypholoma and from the picture it is difficult to say what you have here.
