I would say that your 4th pic is a Tawny Grisette (Amanita fulva) quite possibly.

Can you recommend a decent pocket sized Fungi Guide Stewy. I am very, very wary about eating wild fungi.

To be honest I'm not too sure on the best pocket field guide, I've got a little Collins Mushrooms and Toadstools of Britain & Europe book that I keep in my rucksack but I'm sure someone else far more experienced than me will have better advice!

This is almost certainly going to be Russula emetica, the Sickener.
Don't try eating this one - it's very hot.

Neil. | And you forgot the other symptom of copious vomiting Neil - hence the quite reasonable and old name 'The Sickener' - one English name I don't object to since it's useful, conveys something about the fungus, and has been used for donkeys years !
But I expect some simpleton will come along very soon and give it one of the comittee made 'really useful' English Names - something like 'The Bright Scarlet, Found In Pine Woods, Very Hot, Makes You Vomit Brittle Gill' !!
