Found growing on a moss covered limestone rock. There was a depression in the rock which had gathered humus.
Cap dia 25mm
Stem 50 x 2mm at top, 5mm at base

Your mushroom is a Pluteus and the most likely candidate is Pluteus diettrichii.

Les | I think that you can safely say it IS Pluteus dietrichii Les !
It's a very distinctive species within Pluteus - besides, Andy and I have concurred so it MUST be right !!!!
