Fungi ID please?

Hi, I posted this elsewhere but now have a photo of sorts..can't find the lead for the macro shot camera unfortunately
Found growing down in amongst the daisies on the lawn and at first thought it was one.
5 'petals', white with fine greyish lines running down them. Centre yellow but this sticky wet black coating on the outside of them.
Can't find anything like it and would love to know what it is, if anyone can help?

Hi Karen, it looks like a Coprinus sp.. They're commonly named 'Ink caps' and you can see why; in your photo, the specimen is in a process called 'autodigestion' in which the specimen decays rapidly producing a substance that can be used to make ink with. I tried it a long time ago- It didn't work

Nick, Thanks so much, I looked at this one but had bypassed it because I was looking for more defined 'petals' and the yellow centre...some of these fungi don't make it easy for you do they

I know what you mean, tricky stuff! It's just gone over, that's all- Coprinus tend to be renowned for their super fast decay. Don't let the difficulty of ID put you off, if everyone did, no-one would like fungi
