Blue Ganoderma

I spotted what looked to be Ganoderma australe between two logs (there are others nearby)and just reached over and took a photo of the pores. When I got home and examined the photo more closely it showed a line of blue dots across the newly formed pores Is this likely to be an fungal infection Has anyone come across anything like this before.

It is most likely going to be a Trichoderma or Penicillium sp what Mykonik was talking about the other day.

I've no idea why it has attacked the bracket or the reason for the banding in this particular place. It is noticeably very blue as opposed to being normally a blue-green colour, which might narrow it down.
