Your Brackets are Blushing Brackets - Daedaleopsis confragosa, though they seem to have had better and more moisture filled days

Ken | Yes folks, he might but would also point out that this is what is all too often recorded as Daedaleopsis tricolor (wrongly !). Most of the herbarium specimens of D. tricolor are this lamellate form of D. confragosa !
Apart from that, all diagnoses here are correct !
