Coprinus for ID!
Is this just me being a donut? Is it Coprinus plicatilis?
If photos of adolescent fruiting bodies will help, i'll do my best to upload

Plicatilis is a grassland species as this is in what looks like woodland leaflitter it is more likely to be either Parasola leiocephalus which is an autumn fruiter or auricomus which is spring and summer fruiter.
