| | | Re: Another from Minley's pastures Judging by the colour of the gills I'd be inclined to think it was brown spored, which would rule out both Collybia and Marasmius, as Mal suggests.
I think his suggestion of Panaeolus looks about right, although with the brown colour of the gills I'd be tempted to suggest Panaeolina foenisecii. The spores would be the clincher though.
