Identification needed.

Found these mushrooms growing in abundance on and next to rotting bark mulch. The location was in a well shaded spot. I suspect them to be Agrocybe praecox.





the stems were originaly a very light cream (almost white) but have since bruised a yellowish orange. Spores were light brown.

Cap: the older ones had very pale light yellow/ cream cap's the the younger caps were darker and orange/ tan brown.
Gills pale on young but the older caps had much darker gills.

The mushrooms grew in singles aswell as in clumps.

the older caps opened like a mature Fly Agaric does

Yes, probably Agrocybe praecox by the look of it (photo's a bit blurred though !)
