| | | Feild Mycology Arrived today - WAB mentioned in dispatches with a little help from a couple of great pictures by a certain well known David Edington
And again in connection with a Hygrocybe psittacina in a cave courtesy of Craig Stangroom (and family)
Well done
Mal

| | | Re: Feild Mycology My copy arrived today and although I was aware in advance of the publication of the Arrehenia clorocyanea photos in Alick Henrici's columns which also gave WAB an honourable mention, it was even more encouraging to see another mention for WAB with Craig Stangroom's article and photos in Readers' Finds, covering his fascinating cave dweller, Hygrocybe psittacina.
WAB rules OK!
David
BTW thanks for the kind comments guys

I received mine this morning, and saw the lovely photos by David and the small article on the anomalous Parrot Wax Cap.
I'm sure Ken will be on the phone to his bank manager after reading the Pilzkompendium book review. I wonder if this will be translated into English, or if mushroom-German is hard to learn? | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
