Again, sorry for the composite image but there was only one fruit body. Found at Longshaw Estate on soil with beech in area.

It may well be Conocybe arrhenii John but it's a Conocybe and that's as far as you will get without microscopy !  (especially with the annulate ones since they all look the same !)
