When I lived over in Yorkshire I don't ever remember finding sites that produced this many ceps. If they were found in Yorkshire, as I am actually a true Yorkshire man currently living in exile (unlike Nick who is clearly an undeserving southerner), you could share your secret with me Mal, and I won't tell a soul... not even my good friends in the Mid-Yorkshire Fungus Group, promise.

With the chance to pick your fungi brain if you still lived in Yorkshire I would have been more than happy to take you round the site and we could even have a game of golf at the same time oops.
I have to pick them because others just ignore  or kick them over  and on one occasion a visitor broke of from his round of golf to get a box to collect (for his restaurant   )
