Two N.Ireland Fungi

I took the first photo of a fungus on a tree (that had most of it's bark stripped off) near Rickamore, in County Antrim in January 2004.

The second photo of a small group of fungi was taken in the grounds of the Ulster Museum, Belfast in October 2004.

I'd appreciate IDs please.

I think the first one is probably Velvet Shank - Flammulina velutipes

Definitely, and it shows the features very well too.

I cannot say what the second is, but they could be Deceivers.

Yes. The second is Laccaria laccata.
