Top species is brown spored (you can see the spore print on one of the caps deposited by the mushroom above). It also has a ring on the stem. What about Galerina marginata? It can grow on either coniferous or deciduous wood.
I think the lower photo shows a species with white spores. Again you can see this because the spores have been deposited on one cap from the cap above. This would rule out Pholiota which would have rusty brown spores. Armillaria sp seems likely, although they don't look typical. Perhaps they're a bit old.
