| | | Shaggy ink caps Hi everyone,
Is there anyone out there eaten Shaggy ink caps, if yes, how did you cook them, I cooked them in butter but found them a little greasy, as i`m no chef, a little advice would come in handy, Cheers

| | | Re: Shaggy ink caps You do have to cook these on the day you pick them and I've found that the less oil the better, or griddle them so that the pan has had only a touch of oil brushed over it before cooking. You're right, anything else and they end up greasy. |
