Wooly milkcap possibly? If it is then it is poisonous but I'd wait for someone more informed than me. |

Lacarius Pubescens- The bearded Milkcap is a slight possibility but as Stewy said, Lactarius torminosus - Woolly Milkcap looks your best bet...and yes, it's poisonous.

I'd say there wasn't enough colour in the cap for this to be Lactarius torminosus. It looks like a typical specimen of Lactarius pubescens to me.
