Yes, but rare. I supplied some to Kew on request. I have found it at two sites in the south of England. It tends to grow in large numbers on the bark of trees sometimes with moss and lichen.
If you had ever seen the Fungi of Switzerland books, you might guess that there are far more macro-fungi in the UK than most books can list.
