I'm pretty sure your id is correct. When young they often have a small umbo at the centre of the cap. I've never eaten them. And please do not eat them just because a stranger on a web forum says you can. I don't want you coming back to haunt me.
There are not many similar large species. Two I can think of now are Leucopaxillus giganteus and Lactarius vellereus but they are easily recognised.
