Saw this whilst out for a walk this morning. Any ideas please 
I havent a clue about fungi.

Looks like an inkcap (Coprinus) to me but I wouldn't like to guess the species! |

Look like they could be elderly Coprinus micaceus, but would need pictures of earlier growth stages to be sure... |
