Small, white orange tipped fungi - follow-up

Hi,

This photo is from the same small group (troop?) that I showed in my last posting see here.

The pic was taken using flash which I assume accounts for the "glowing" gills effect. The head showing the gills was already uprooted when I found it and in addition to the bright orange stem it also had an orange tip to the cap (like those in the previous posting).

Note also that the smaller heads do not have the orange tip.
