Both past their prime for ID purposes but would hazard a guess that the second is a dilapidated, waterlogged Blusher - Amanita rubescens.

Despite votes for it being a Blusher, is number 2 a toadstool at all?
The photographs are a bit small, but it seems to me that both show remains of members of the puffball family (Lycoperdaceae).
Taking these old remains to species, or even to genus, when they have lost surface ornamentation and most external features, is more of a forensic exercise, so I don't think it would be helpful if I started making guesses. Especially as my perception of number 2 is clearly different from other posters!
(And yes, to be pedantic, I do know that the DNA of the true puffballs puts them very close to the true mushrooms, Agaricus.)

Yes, I thought they would be very difficult to positively id given their condition.
