| | | New Marine White Paper i think this is probably the most appropriate forum for this thread, there doesn't seem to be a specific marine forum
the new marine white paper has just been published, it's available to download from the Natural England website Defra, UK - Consultations - Consultation on a Marine Bill White Paper, a Sea of Change (hopefully that link will work). it's a pretty hefty document, but the stuff in it is relatively easy to read and its interesting stuff. section 6 is probably the most interesting for fellow WAB peeps, as it deals with the conservation objectives and proposals.
anyway, its quite informative and shows a bit of a leap forward for marine conservation and regulation in the UK, and hopefully it won't be too long before we see some action!
