He clearly hasnt got a clue - for one thing he rails against butterly conservation introducing "miles of wire fence" then goes on to talk about the need for more cattle grazing - what does he think cattle farmers use to restrain their herds from wandering off ... Magic ?

(speaking as someone who's just spent several grand refencing a couple of feilds for cattle i could make an astute guess... but then i'm a career conservationist so what do I know ? )
