yesterday i went out for a walk in the country near to where i live to watch nature. while i was sat there i noticed some dog walkers poop scoop after their dog , wrap it in a plastic bag , and throw it into the hedge ....
ITS BAD ENOUGH HAVING POOP ALL OVER THE PLACE BUT WHY GIVE IT A SHELF LIFE AS WELL !!!!!!!!

Totally agree with you, although you made me roar with laughter. Seriously though what kind of morons are they. Some years ago we had a neighbor with an old spinster daughter. She had a dog that she regularly walked in the morning. Watched her one day, the dog did its bit and she took a toilet roll out of her pocket, wiped it's rear and threw the tissue in the hedge.

Yes, this is a weird one, and purely the fault of the owner. My 'local patch' is a small reserve based around an old disused canal, with a few fields on adjacent higher ground. Dog-walkers regularly walk their pets along the canal, bag the poop, but then deposit it in the fields on their way home . It's probably not many who do this, but 1 bag a day everyday soon becomes a great deal of bags; this is all to evident if you walk in the fields .

Well the campaign posters etc. are available on the Keep Britain Tidy website so I would assume it was serious.

I just clean up the faeces near my home; who else will? But I always hope like anything that I will see the culprit owner in the act. After all, I assume that if someone drops something, it is perfectly OK to return it to them, in a similar position, but on their property. Revenge is not always sweet.

oh great im going to great fun going around the fields picking up the bags arent i .
mind you some poor xexexexexexe is going to get 3 tones of poo though their letterbox , i guess this is what they call raising a stink .....
