I imagine a lot of WAB members have already made their submissions to this public consultation regarding the future of the Public Forest Estate, but I just thought it might be an idea to post the details in case anyone hasn't seen it and would like to put forward their views. The consultation closes at 5.00pm on Monday 28th Sept. Click here to link to the Forestry Commission page where you can download the consultation pdf.

For my 30p per year* I get to use this very important resource every single day - I certainly consider that value for money.

That link doesn't seem to work ... I'd be interested to see it as I'm shortly (fingers crossed) going to be living right next to Forestry Commission woodland.
