Just had an email from a friend, Janisk, who lives in Bielsk Podlaski, on the edge of the Bialowieskiej, inviting me to his wedding in February . He is a Forest Warden there, he's told me to bring cold weather gear, as the wedding feast is taking place in the old Hunting Lodge in the forest, and to get there we'll be using horse drawn sleighs as no cars are allowed If all comes together I'll be there for Imbolc.
I don't believe it, I now need to get some real cash coming in if I'm going to do both the wedding & CLCT trips. |

| | | Re: What is your natural environment? My natural environment is my wee cottage at the end of a dirt track in a no horse village on the edge of the Wash... and if that isnt specific enough.. I too am a devout duvet devotee and spend many a happy hour communing with its comforting folds. |

The odd gig here & there only keeps the wolves(human variety) from my door. I don't drive, though I wish I could sometimes, because I'd make a lousy driver, hey! Look at that buzzard... I'm in my 59th year & who would employ an ageing ancient hippy with a green beard? |

I kinda know what you mean, I can't get back to work before the new year myself and even at 45 you kinda end up at the back of the queue work wise, unless you're already established. I can drive legally speaking, having past my test but I don't think I'm a safe driver, so I dont anymore. Its a reaction time thing with me and growling a big lorries that cut me up.
All pretty restrictive at the moment. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
