I don't understand that, Jim: it's the very same size font (round about Arial 10) which I use for letters and that is used on this very page that I'm writing now! |

Must be an issue with the Firefox I'm using at home. I'll check again.

| | | Re: Bottled water. ... and let's not forget lead in tapwater. This is still a sizeable problem in the north and west of the countries where tap-water is acidic: DWI - Information Leaflets - Lead in Drinking Water
The water companies are gradually replacing lead supply pipes (with plastic ones ... ) but a lot of older houses still have lead pipes, at least in part ....

| | | Re: Bottled water. All I can say is there must be something drastically wrong with the tap water in my part of the world if they have to add bleach twice a week. The smell as it comes out of the tap is awful. I once left a screw top bottle of the stuff out in the garden, after a few days it turned green.
I now use bought bottled water for drinking and cooking but wouldn't you know it, researchers are warning of the chemical interaction between warmth and sunlight on the plastic of the bottles.

| | | Re: Bottled water. Hi Friend's
I also struggled with deciding if it was serious, but I noticed that when you click on the different flavours of water at the bottom of the page, they all come up with the same flavour ("beef flavoured gutter water"), so came to the conclusion that it was a spoof.
