 Why DO you worry about this? Lessons have been learnt from (fill in your own list, start with Torrey Canyon), haven't they? Otherwise this would NOT be permitted, surely.  |

I doubt it will do much good for the wildlife in the Arctic region affected if the licences are issued judging by the article unless they are making it up!! | | |
