| | | New compulsory Palm Oil labelling proposal Wouldn't it be nice if politicians cared more about the environment than about the World Trade Organisation?
Here's my proposal for new compulsory labelling requirements for all products containing Palm Oil!
I've made it the size of a standard Avery sticky label, so you could print off a sheet of them and stick them on any products that your children/spouses/parents accidentally leave around the kitchen, just as a gentle reminder not to buy this evil stuff in future. |

| | | Re: New compulsory Palm Oil labelling proposal Yes this is very sad, biomotors. I avoid all palm oil and use olive oil/sunflower. With soap there are vegetable glycerine ones. But I can't get used to olive oil on toast, so use small amounts of margarine. I phoned Suma one of the companies I use, and they said their palm oil was from Little Britain, part of N Guinea from a sustainable plantation, but I don't know how good this is either. All our food seems to have become very problematic! | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
