Hi Za, there was a problem some time ago but the entrance to the lane is now protected by a locked gate with a small handgate attatched, while not pretty it is a professional construction, and was necessary to curb vandalism. These new constructions serve no such purpose as they are perched on the top of the bridge at a point where Evil Kneivel would think twice about riding a motorbike.
