| | | economic garden pump i av already asked this question and i apologise if it's becoming annoying, perhaps i'm not posting it in the right place. Would any body be able to tell me the most economic pump that would suit running a stream into my pond please, any advice would be welcome. |

A little more modest would be the amphibious pumps by Blagdon. I have a 2mtr x 60cm "stream" running on gravel that the birds love to bath in, this runs a modest flow from filterbox to
stream with a blagdon pump

| | | Re: economic garden pump thanks for both your replies, the stream you have nightshade sounds just right as I want it to attract wildlife, birds in particular I don't plan on putting a deep stream almost just surface water. thanks again |

| | | Re: economic garden pump there are a few things to think about,
depth the pump will be situated and then the hight the stream will start at
any filtration/uv units being added into the system?
the depth and width of the stream
do you want a small pour over or a wide pour back into the pool?
and of course ease of maintenance and ease of simple spares like pre-filter sponges etc
