A new way of generating electricity without polluting

Hi,
My name is Claudio Bianco. I am an inventor, and have just completed my last work called "Continual Wind-Up", with which I take advantage of water oscillations to wind up a cord, and thus generate electricity.
I believe to have opened a new research field for renewable energy, but since I am the father of this invention, my opinion does not matter.
I chose to use internet to make the invention known and I would appreciate your opinion.I would therefore like to invite you to discover a

The ideas presented have been patented so Claudio thought there was some merit in them. The "Wind up" spring is basically a short term energy storage device to smooth out fluctuations from a reciprocating source, a bit like the flywheel in your cars engine. If he went a bit further he could add one way clutches and extract energy from both the up and down movements almost doubling the power output.

The drawbacks are that there are too many mechanical parts for an energy recovery system that would affect reliability in an hostile environment. Some good ideas there but they probably need more work. Good for seeding other ideas though, he has a good website in multiple languages and he has obviously spent a lot of time on it (copyright dates goe back to 2004), I wish him luck.

I think you should change the name from "Continual Wind-Up"

I think this could work, i didnt have a clue what that equation was about though it did look like something we are doing in science class now... i think you would have trouble getting all the materials to get this thing together mostly and youd probably need a sponsor to help you or something like that but it did look like a really good idea that just COULD be the thing that changes electricity generation for good.

I'd imagine that this is a direct translation from a hispanic language where "wind up" doesnt have the second meaning it has in english.

i'm going to pass this on to my mummy who is a physics teacher - it might make a good project for a year 13 to look into.

A few highlights

I really can't be bothered to read through the whole thing to see where the logical faults are, and it's entirely possible my very rusty A level physics would not be up to it anyway. As someone above said, it is difficult to know what is going on with the formula - my guess would be that it is more or less meaningless, even if not completely nonsensical - but notwithstanding that, I view the formula's inclusion as a way of putting a veneer of credibility on what is basically a rehash of age old sham science/charlatanism. Check out The Scientist, the Madman, the Thief and their Lightbulb by Keith Tutt for countless other examples of precisely this kind of thing.

Also worth noting that on the Spanish Patent Office website, there appears to be no patent registered with the code number given. Ho hum.
