Lots of black furry larvae??

Last night was out checking my bunnies, i have a lean too totally covered from the weather and on the concrete floor were lots of black small furry things, look like a caterpillar but armoured like a woodlouse, they have legs and stalks on there heads, so i went and looked outside and theres loads of them all over the patio....they only come out at night, hate the torch and when i took the picture they curl up and play dead so dont like the light.
On closer inspection there coming from halls in the wall in the house to get outside......

What are they? Its freezing outside and blowing a gale they get blown around! Thanks.
White powder on them is ant powder from an infestation from the hot weather doesnt seem to affect them!

Are they Cantharidae larvae?

Looks good to me though I hope an expert confirms for you. I was going to say definitely beetle larvae. They're good to have around apparently
