Larvae
Any ideas please what this is, a Larvae of some kind?

This is in my pond, it is anchored down to the soil at the bottom of the pond.

Could it be the jelly sac thing that pondsnail eggs are encased in? Can't really see from the photo but the brownish colouring could be the tiny developing snails.
