| | | (yet another) Caterpillar ID, please Although my photo seems to indicate that there is blue in this caterpillar, I suspect that it should be black, otherwise colours are accurate. Help with ID of this fairly large (probably moth) caterpillar much appreciated.

| | | Re: (yet another) Caterpillar ID, please This is a Small Eggar, a nationally scarce species although Dorset seems to do quite well for them. They really are that navy blue colour, beautiful caterpillars!
