Two Caterpiller ID Request

Found these two in very close proximity on a small tree overhaning water.

Not sure about first picture at the minute but the second looks like a Yellow Tail Euproctis Similis

first one looks the same, if not a moult.

In responce to Lester's questions I spotted, along the Cornish coast near Bos Castle, a nest with wiggling Redish-brown caterpillars in. From what I have learned the Brown Tail Moth lays eggs that are protected by the silky white nest to which the young attach themselves.
