Identify this larvae please
Hi. Can anyone help me identify this fabric like larvae I found on my wall. It was slowly crawling out of its shell and dragging itself up.
I have uploaded images of it.
The insect has a see through appearance and when I had it on a piece of paper, the head of the insect tucked itself in, and it seemed to have come out at the other end.

Can anyone help identify this please? Much appreciated, thank you.

Pretty sure this is a clothes moth larvae.
