There is a group of black/dark brown worms in a large group on my wall. They move and look like short hairs.






Does anyone know what these are?

As far as I can see, a batch of eggs of a Geometrid moth has hatched. They are doomed if they can't find fresh leaves.............they would normally have hatched in the spring. Any other ideas, folks? Clearer pictures might help.
